La façade de type jésuite à trois travées surmontée d'un fronton et encadrée de deux campaniles, est une reconstruction des années 1860 par Augustin Viale, de même que les clochers. L'église comporte une nef unique complétée par un choeur très profond et par trois chapelles latérales communiquant entre elles. Profusion et somptuosité du mobilier (maître-autel en marbre polychrome de 1694, stalles, statues polychromes et dorées...) , et du décor intérieur (peintures de la voûte).

History
Baroque church built between 1636 and 1666, the most important in the city. The Jesuit-type facade of three bays topped by a pediment and framed by two bell towers, is a reconstruction from the 1860s by Augustin Viale, as are the bell towers. The church comprises a single nave completed by a very deep choir and by three lateral chapels communicating with each other. Profusion and sumptuousness of the furnishings (high altar in polychrome marble of 1694, stalls, polychrome and gilded statues...) and of the interior decoration (paintings of the vault).
