Construit au début du 16e siècle vraisemblablement pour un chanoine de Saint-Martin de Tours, ce manoir est très représentatif de l'architecture tourangelle à l'époque de la Renaissance. Le pavillon principal est agrémenté d'un décor sculpté en partie restauré à l'identique au 19e siècle. Au 17e siècle, les baies ont perdu leurs meneaux et ont été abaissées. Les autres parties de l'édifice sont venues s'accoler postérieurement. Elles sont formées d'une aile basse, d'un pavillon carré et d'une tour du 19e siècle. A l'intérieur, une hotte de cheminée conserve une fresque dans le style de la seconde Ecole de Fontainebleau.

History
Built at the beginning of the 16th century presumably for a canon of Saint-Martin de Tours, this manor is very representative of Tourangelle architecture at the time of the Renaissance. The principal pavilion is embellished with sculptured decoration partly restored identically in the 19th century. In the 17th century, the openings lost their mullions and were lowered. The other parts of the building came to be attached subsequently. They are formed of a low wing, a square pavilion and a tower of the 19th century. Inside, a chimney hood preserves a fresco in the style of the second School of Fontainebleau.
