L'origine du domaine remonte au 11e siècle. En 1070 il est donné à l'abbaye de Noyers. Au 14e siècle le château est construit sur un plan peu modifié jusqu'à nos jours. Au 17e siècle, l'édifice acquiert son aspect actuel. Communs et portail sont élevés à la même époque. Le château subit d'importants remaniements avec l'aménagement d'autres cheminées, et la modification des ouvertures. History
The origin of the estate dates to the 11th century. In 1070 it is given to the abbey of Noyers. In the 14th century the castle is built on a plan little modified until today. In the 17th century, the building acquires its present appearance. Outbuildings and portal are raised at the same period. The castle underwent important alterations with the arrangement of other fireplaces, and the modification of openings. A linking building is constructed between the keep and the north-western part, and a balustraded staircase is arranged there. In the 18th century the north-western wing is enlarged and the chapel is transformed. The wall of the altar is ornamented with mural paintings of the 17th or 18th century.
