La Louère était un fief relevant du château de Bagneux. Du château fortifié du 15e siècle, dont la plus grande partie a été remplacée par une construction moderne, subsistent quelques éléments. History
La Louère was a fief held from the castle of Bagneux. Of the fortified castle of the 15th century, the greater part of which has been replaced by modern construction, some elements remain. To the north-east, a square keep has preserved its wall-walk and machicolations. To the north-west, a rectangular tower, its crown having been remade, contains the modern chapel. To the south-west, a cylindrical tower defended the corresponding angle of the fortification. The moats and curtain walls linking the structures have disappeared.
