History

Cut into the rock measuring four metres in width by three in height, the monument is formed of a plinth supporting four pilasters ornamented with fluting. Their summit supports a fluted architrave. Towards their upper third, the pilasters are accompanied by consoles on which rest curved elements. Thus are formed three niches each containing a statue in low relief. The one on the left is covered with a long tunic. In the centre is a man with bare legs, holding a dog. On the right, statue of a woman holding in her right hand a vase in the form of an ewer. Beside her, on a small stele, sits a dog. Above the architrave is a frieze divided into three compartments. Those on the right and left are ruined. The one in the centre bears an inscription.
