Maison achetée en 1775 par Marie-Dufresne, officier municipal, qui y fait réaliser, dans un petit salon, les quatre peintures murales intégrées dans sun décor lambrissé. Ces peintures représentent des scènes populaires de l'époque révolutionnaire : la prise de la Bastille ; l'arrivée du roi, de la reine et du dauphin à l'hôtel de ville de Paris, le 6 octobre 1789 ; la queue des femmes du peuple à la porte d'une boulangerie ; un convoi de blé ou de farine escorté par des gardes nationaux.

History
House purchased in 1775 by Marie-Dufresne, municipal officer, who has realised there, in a small parlour, the four wall paintings integrated into his panelled decoration. These paintings represent popular scenes from the revolutionary period: the taking of the Bastille; the arrival of the king, queen and dauphin at the town hall of Paris, 6 October 1789; the queue of common women at the door of a bakery; a convoy of wheat or flour escorted by national guards.
