Historique
Petite église classique qui figurait dans la liste des églises brûlées par les troupes de Montgoméry en 1569. L'édifice en partie écroulé est reconstruit en 1756-1757 par le maçon Jean Ducasse. Les contreforts ainsi que les éléments subsistants de l'ancien mur-clocher paraissent très antérieurs à l'époque classique et dateraient du 15e siècle. Agrandissement et reconstruction du clocher à la fin du 19e siècle par l'architecte P. Prosper. A l'intérieur, la voûte du choeur a été exhaussée et de grandes fenêtres laissent entrer largement la lumière dans le sanctuaire. L'aménagement de ce dernier a été réalisé avec toutes les caractéristiques théâtrales de l'art baroque : changement de proportions, différence de niveaux de voûtes, poussée vers le haut, variations de lumière.

History
Small classical church which appeared on the list of churches burned by Montgoméry's troops in 1569. The partially collapsed building is rebuilt in 1756-1757 by mason Jean Ducasse. The buttresses as well as the remaining elements of the old bell tower wall appear much older than the classical period and would date from the 15th century. Enlargement and rebuilding of the bell tower at the end of the 19th century by architect P. Prosper. Inside, the vault of the choir has been raised and large windows allow light to enter widely into the sanctuary. The arrangement of the latter was carried out with all the theatrical characteristics of baroque art: change of proportions, difference in levels of vaults, thrust upward, variations of light.
