L'église de la Sède a été construite à la fin du 12e siècle. La nef et la tour lanterne datent du 14e siècle. Au milieu du 18e siècle : construction de la façade et du porche ouest ; établissement du maître-autel, d'une chaire et d'un buffet d'orgues ; pose de lambris surmontés de tableaux dans le choeur, et de stalles sous les balcons ; peinture à la détrempe de toutes les voûtes. Construction en pierre de taille et briques. Façade ouest en grès de Mugron.

History
The church of la Sède was built at the end of the 12th century. The nave and lantern tower date from the 14th century. In the mid-18th century: construction of the west façade and porch; establishment of the high altar, a pulpit and an organ case; laying of wainscoting surmounted by paintings in the choir, and of stalls under the balconies; distemper painting of all the vaults. Construction in ashlar stone and brick. West façade in Mugron sandstone.
