Historique
Le lavoir a été édifié en 1749 par sieur Ramond, ingénieur du roi. Un bassin supérieur alimente deux bassins inférieurs. L'ensemble est disposé en fer à cheval et entouré d'arcatures. La façade d'entrée est constituée par un portique d'ordre toscan, à trois arcades couronnées d'un fronton et d'une balustrade. Cet édifice était couvert à l'origine par une toiture qui se serait effondrée en 1773.

History
The wash-house was built in 1749 by Monsieur Ramond, engineer of the king. An upper basin feeds two lower basins. The whole is arranged in a horseshoe shape and surrounded by arcatures. The entrance façade is constituted by a portico of Tuscan order, with three arcades crowned by a pediment and a balustrade. This edifice was originally covered by a roof which collapsed in 1773.
