Croix érigée en 1846 à partir d'éléments de remploi provenant du château de Montchanson, détruit à la Révolution. Le socle, de tracé carré, comporte un bénitier sur lequel se devine l'ébauche d'une figure humaine. Ce bénitier proviendrait de l'ancienne chapelle castrale. Le fût, de plan hexagonal, repose sur une base moulurée de deux tores. Un glaive orne la partie centrale de l'une des faces.

History
Cross erected in 1846 from reused elements from the château of Montchanson, destroyed at the Revolution. The base, of square outline, comprises a holy-water basin on which can be discerned the outline of a human figure. This holy-water basin would come from the former castle chapel. The shaft, of hexagonal plan, rests on a moulded base of two tori. A sword ornaments the central part of one of the faces.
