Oratoire castral, reste d'un château transformé en ferme, dont l'origine ne doit pas remonter au-delà du début du 18e siècle. Cet oratoire, de plan carré, est percé d'une fenêtre barreaudée surmontée d'un linteau triangulaire qui supporte une épaisse dalle de pierre ronde, socle vraisemblable d'une statue disparue. Le volume intérieur est celui d'un cube surmonté d'une pyramide tronquée. Quelques traces de couleurs sur les boiseries verticales laissent supposer que ces dernières étaient peintes comme les voûtes qui ont conservé leur décor. Les quatre triangles de cette voûte pyramidale sont recouverts de boiseries planes, peintes en damiers de cinquante cases chacun et se développant sur huit rangées comprenant divers sujets. La partie carrée, formant le sommet de cette voûte, présente, dans un cercle jaune, une colombe aux ailes déployées et aux pattes rouges repliées sous elle. Cette figuration du Saint-Esprit est le seul, parmi plus de deux cents détails de décor, qui ait une signification religieuse. Ailleurs, les rangées inférieures des peintures forment dans leur ensemble un bestiaire tantôt réaliste (animaux du terroir) ou exotique (éléphant) , tantôt mythologique (centaure) , fantastique, voire héraldique (griffon)... Une caravelle et un château-fort sont les seuls sujets étrangers aux règnes animal et végétal. Les autres rangées présentent des fleurs de la région, des arbres, des fleurs imaginaires ou des éléments d'inspiration botanique.

History
Castral oratory, remnant of a castle transformed into a farm, whose origin should not predate the beginning of the 18th century. This oratory, of square plan, is pierced with a barred window surmounted by a triangular lintel which supports a thick round stone slab, the likely plinth of a vanished statue. The interior volume is that of a cube topped by a truncated pyramid. Some traces of colour on the vertical woodwork suggest that the latter were painted like the vaults which have retained their decoration. The four triangles of this pyramidal vault are covered with flat woodwork, painted in chequers of fifty squares each and spreading over eight rows comprising various subjects. The square part, forming the summit of this vault, presents, in a yellow circle, a dove with spread wings and red feet folded beneath it. This representation of the Holy Spirit is the only one, among more than two hundred decorative details, which has religious significance. Elsewhere, the lower rows of the paintings form collectively a bestiary sometimes realistic (animals of the locality) or exotic (elephant), sometimes mythological (centaur), fantastic, or even heraldic (griffin)... A caravel and a castle-fort are the only subjects foreign to the animal and plant kingdoms. The other rows present flowers of the region, trees, imaginary flowers or elements of botanical inspiration.
