The church is the work of two Romanesque campaigns: to the end of the 11th or beginning of the 12th century belong the hemicycle apse and absidioles, restored in 1867, which are preceded by long straight bays vaulted in barrel and communicating between them by round-arch openings. From the same period date the gutteral walls and the columns on pedestals with capitals and bases, set with a tore, which receive the doubleaux. The nave and aisles were entirely reworked in the second half of the 12th century. Broken barrels cover them and great arches, of the same tracery, are thrown between rectangular piers flanked by columns. The capitals decorating the pillars of the nave are ornated with foliage and birds drinking from cups. Externally, the gable of the façade, restored in 1878, has retained of its primitive decoration only the pommetted cross at the top. The square bell tower, raised on the crossing, presents a storey pierced on each face with two round-arch openings, set with mouldings. The stone spire which was to crown it has been replaced by a roof.
