Historique
Ouvrage du 15e siècle servant, au rez-de-chaussée, de passage voûté avec portes en tiers point aux deux extrémités. Il comporte trois étages dont l'accès s'effectue par un escalier à vis construit dans une tourelle. Chaque étage se compose d'une salle éclairée par une fenêtre et chauffée par une grande cheminée disparue. A une époque indéterminée, le donjon a été découronné et la couverture refaite. Les créneaux et machicoulis ont été supprimés et la toiture implantée plus bas. L'accès au donjon s'effectuait par un pont-levis. Vestiges d'anciennes fortifications ruinées autour de l'ouvrage. A la fin du 17e siècle, le château fut abandonné et converti en ferme.

History
Work of the 15th century serving, on the ground floor, as a vaulted passage with pointed arch doors at both ends. It comprises three storeys the access to which is effected by a spiral staircase constructed in a turret. Each storey consists of a room lit by a window and heated by a large fireplace now gone. At an undetermined period, the keep was decapitated and the roof remade. The crenellations and machicolations were removed and the roof positioned lower. Access to the keep was effected by a drawbridge. Vestiges of old ruined fortifications around the work. At the end of the 17th century, the castle was abandoned and converted into a farm.
