Historique

History
Building constructed at different periods. From the Romanesque sanctuary there remains the western part which constituted its transept and whose central bay supported the bell tower which was rebuilt in the 13th century. The Romanesque nave was no doubt demolished in the 16th century, during the construction of the Renaissance portal. Construction of the present nave and new transept in the 1500s. Addition of lateral chapels and polychrome decoration at the beginning of the 16th century. Until 1696, the church ended at the height of the present triumphal arch, where stood an opening of flamboyant style of which the upper part remains. In 1696, opening of the east wall to construct the present choir. In 1841, installation of a sacristy, demolished in 1973.
