Dans la manécanterie de Notre-Dame subsistent quelques morceaux d'architecture gothique groupés dans le bâtiment de la cuisine (salle de cuisine) et dans la tourelle y attenant (tourelle, oratoire, porte...). L'accès à l'hôtel s'effectue par une porte 16e-17e siècle avec des pilastres doriques portant un fronton entrecoupé que devait encadrer le blason des Saint-Vidal. Une petite tourelle cylindrique prend naissance au troisième étage, sur un encorbellement porté par trompe et arc de décharge aux côtés de la tour principale, et donne accès à un oratoire contenant des restes de peinture.

History
In the manécanterie of Notre-Dame there subsist a few pieces of Gothic architecture grouped in the kitchen building (kitchen room) and in the turret adjoining it (turret, oratory, door...). Access to the hotel is effected by a 16th-17th century door with Doric pilasters bearing an interrupted pediment which should have been framed by the coat of arms of the Saint-Vidal. A small cylindrical turret begins on the third storey, on a corbelling carried by a squinch and relieving arch on the sides of the main tower, and gives access to an oratory containing remains of painting.
