L'hôtel est occupé dès 1544 par la famille Bonnefont. De 1603 à 1760, l'édifice appartient à la famille Pradier d'Agrain qui fut vraisemblablement à l'origine de la construction de la porte et de l'escalier au début du 17e siècle. En 1762, le baron d'Arlempdes en est propriétaire et fait peindre par Storni, peintre italien, des dessus de portes aujourd'hui disparus.£La porte d'entrée est constituée d'un double encadrement de pilastres ioniques avec entablement mouluré et mascaron du début du 17e siècle, dominé d'un second entablement supporté par des pilastres à bossages. Elle donne accès à un vestibule voûté d'arêtes, fermé par une porte à bossages vermiculés ouvrant sur le grand escalier à colonnes torses et balustres qui dessert la maison. Les paliers sont voûtés d'arêtes. Au sous-sol, un cabinet d'archives conserve des vestiges de peinture sur murailles et de boiseries.

History
The hotel is occupied from 1544 by the Bonnefont family. From 1603 to 1760, the building belongs to the Pradier d'Agrain family who was probably at the origin of the construction of the door and staircase at the beginning of the 17th century. In 1762, the baron d'Arlempdes is its owner and has painted by Storni, Italian painter, overpanels today disappeared. The entrance door consists of a double frame of Ionic pilasters with moulded entablature and mascaron of the early 17th century, dominated by a second entablature supported by bossed pilasters. It gives access to a vestibule with groin vault, closed by a door with vermiculated bossages opening onto the great staircase with twisted columns and balusters which serves the house. The landings are vaulted with groin vaults. In the basement, an archives cabinet preserves vestiges of painting on walls and woodwork.
