History
This building, erected in 1905 by Louis Delamas, is one of the most interesting early 20th century constructions in Clermont-Ferrand with its balanced overall composition, its undulations close to Gaudi, its joinery, sculptures and ironwork inspired by Art Nouveau and the quality of its dressed stone masonry. The building presents two street frontages forming a chamfered corner. Initially, they consisted of a raised ground floor and two square storeys. The third storey was executed almost identically in 1933 by Pincot.
