Ancienne maison de corsaire faisant partie du second accroissement de la ville, entre 1716 et 1725. La plupart des maisons furent bâties sur les dessins de l'ingénieur Garangeau. En août 1944, l'édifice a été totalement incendié. Construite en maçonnerie de moëllons de granit, avec encadrement de portes et fenêtres en granit, soubassement de même nature, second étage, cette maison comporte de hautes toitures surmontées de massives souches de cheminées.

History
Former corsair house forming part of the second expansion of the town, between 1716 and 1725. Most of the houses were built according to the designs of engineer Garangeau. In August 1944, the building was totally destroyed by fire. Built of granite rubble stone masonry, with door and window surrounds of granite, base of the same material, second storey, this house has high roofs surmounted by massive chimney stacks.
