History
This house is a former privateer's house. It is part of the second extension of the town which took place between 1716 and 1725. Most of the houses were built on the designs of engineer Garangeau. In August 1944, the building was completely burned. Built of masonry in granite rubble stone, with door and window surrounds in granite, plinth and cornice of the same material, this house comprises high roofs surmounted by massive chimney stacks.
