L'ancienne abbaye bénédictine Saint-Sauveur, située au sud de l'église abbatiale (classée depuis 1851) a été reconstruite au 17e siècle par Richelieu. Elle est composée de quatre bâtiments disposés autour du cloître, datant du 17e siècle, et de trois bâtiments rajoutés au 19e dans le prolongement des précédents, autour d'une cour. Ils comprennent notamment une chapelle ayant conservé l'intégralité de son mobilier du 19e siècle. L'ancienne abbaye abrite le collège Saint-Sauveur. La chapelle de la Congrégation (ancienne salle capitulaire) et le cloître sont inscrits depuis le 22 mars 1930.

History
The former Benedictine abbey of Saint-Sauveur, situated south of the abbey church (classified since 1851) was rebuilt in the 17th century by Richelieu. It is composed of four buildings arranged around the cloister, dating from the 17th century, and three buildings added in the 19th in the extension of the previous ones, around a courtyard. They comprise notably a chapel having retained all of its 19th-century fittings. The former abbey houses the Saint-Sauveur college. The Congregation chapel (former chapter house) and the cloister have been registered since 22 March 1930.
