Immeuble de six étages à usage commercial construit en 1928 par les architectes P. Royer, L. Brandon et Constant Lefranc. La structure est en béton armé avec un revêtement de faux marbre. Au fond de la galerie en rez-de-chaussée (la seule sur le côté sud des Champs-Elysées) , un escalier monumental a été protégé en raison de son raffinement et son de originalité.

History
Six-storey building for commercial use constructed in 1928 by the architects P. Royer, L. Brandon and Constant Lefranc. The structure is in reinforced concrete with a covering of false marble. At the end of the gallery on the ground floor (the only one on the south side of the Champs-Elysées), a monumental staircase was protected on account of its refinement and originality.
