"La villa la plus chère construite par l'architecte Le Corbusier entre les deux guerres, dite "Les Terrasses", ou encore Villa Stein et de Monzie, d'après les noms des commanditaires, Michael Stein, industriel américain et son épouse Sarah, et Gabrielle de Monzie. Edifiée de 1927 à 1928 et destinée à deux familles, la villa, construite en béton armé, se caractérise par ses terrasses en escalier. Hormis les chambres, toutes les pièces étaient communes aux deux familles. L'intérieur a été divisé en appartements vers 1960."
