Villa, avec atelier en rez-de-chaussée, construite de 1924 à 1925 par les architectes Le Corbusier et Pierre Jeanneret, son cousin et associé. Faisant partie d'un petit lotissement, cette villa d'angle, avec sa tour arrondie qui abrite l'escalier, est conçue pour le sculpteur Oscar Miestchaninoff. Elle jouxte la villa du sculpteur Jacques Lipchitz, initiateur du projet. La passerelle, au niveau du premier étage, était destinée à relier cette maison à une troisième, qui n'a jamais été réalisée. Hormis quelques légères modifications intérieures, l'édifice est resté dans son état d'origine.

History
Villa, with workshop on the ground floor, built from 1924 to 1925 by the architects Le Corbusier and Pierre Jeanneret, his cousin and associate. Forming part of a small residential development, this corner villa, with its rounded tower which houses the staircase, was designed for the sculptor Oscar Miestchaninoff. It adjoins the villa of sculptor Jacques Lipchitz, the initiator of the project. The footbridge, at the level of the first floor, was intended to connect this house to a third, which was never realized. Apart from a few slight interior modifications, the building has remained in its original state.
