Hôtel particulier construit en 1926 par l'architecte Rob Mallet-Stevens pour Monsieur et Madame Collinet. Construite en béton armé, c'est la première de trois villas modernes de cette rue, jouxtant la maison Cook de Le Corbusier (voir notice Mérimée PA00088078) et la maison construite pour Suzanne Dubin par Raymond Fischer au numéro 4. Les architectes ayant pris soin d'aligner les toits-terrasses, les trois hôtels, chacun de deux étages, forment un ensemble homogène. Un auvent, au porte-à-faux accusé, abrite la terrasse de la maison Collinet. Celle-ci est passablement abîmée aujourd'hui : le balcon a été ajouté postérieurement.

History
Private mansion built in 1926 by architect Rob Mallet-Stevens for Mr and Mrs Collinet. Built in reinforced concrete, it is the first of three modern villas on this street, adjoining the Cook house by Le Corbusier (see Mérimée record PA00088078) and the house built for Suzanne Dubin by Raymond Fischer at number 4. The architects took care to align the flat roofs, the three mansions, each of two storeys, forming a homogeneous ensemble. A canopy, with pronounced cantilever, shelters the terrace of the Collinet house. This is now considerably damaged: the balcony was added later.
