Hôtel de ville construit à l'instigation du maire socialiste de Boulogne-Billancourt, André Morizet, par l'architecte Tony Garnier, assisté de l'architecte Jacques Debat-Ponsan (beau-frère du maire). Town hall built at the instigation of the socialist mayor of Boulogne-Billancourt, André Morizet, by architect Tony Garnier, assisted by architect Jacques Debat-Ponsan (brother-in-law of the mayor).
