History
Artist's studio, with residence, designed in 1929 by brothers Auguste and Gustave Perret for sculptor Dora Gordine. Of "spartan" simplicity, the sculpture studio occupies the first floor of the building, lit by a large bay with three bays, glazed according to a square grid. The brick sills in white brick evoke marquetry. Built in reinforced concrete, the building has undergone only minor modifications.
