Immeuble de rapport construit de 1931 à 1934 par les architectes Le Corbusier et Pierre Jeanneret, son cousin et associé. Edifié pour la Société immobilière de Paris-Parc-des-Princes, c'est le seul immeuble de rapport de Le Corbusier en région parisienne. Il comporte deux façades identiques, caractérisées par l'utilisation de briques de verre "Névada". L'immeuble a été restauré en 1962, sous le contrôle de Le Corbusier, qui a occupé l'appartement-atelier situé aux septième et huitième étages, de 1933 jusqu'à sa mort. Celui-ci est actuellement propriété de la Fondation Le Corbusier.

History
Apartment building built from 1931 to 1934 by architects Le Corbusier and Pierre Jeanneret, his cousin and associate. Built for the Société immobilière de Paris-Parc-des-Princes, it is Le Corbusier's only apartment building in the Paris region. It features two identical façades, characterized by the use of "Névada" glass bricks. The building was restored in 1962, under the control of Le Corbusier, who occupied the studio-apartment situated on the seventh and eighth floors, from 1933 until his death. This is currently the property of the Fondation Le Corbusier.
