Magasin de fleuriste "Orève" ouvert en même temps que l'immeuble dont il occupe le rez-de-chaussée. Datant de 1911, celui-ci est construit par l'architecte C. Lecourtois pour Pierre Orève, et comporte, outre le magasin de vente avec ses serres, un immeuble de rapport. Le magasin avec trois grandes arcades présente une devanture revêtue de briques vernissées et de mosaïques représentant des guirlandes de feuilles de chêne et de châtaignier. Le magasin a été transformé en restaurant en 1987.

History
Florist's shop "Orève" opened at the same time as the building of which it occupies the ground floor. Dating from 1911, this was built by the architect C. Lecourtois for Pierre Orève, and comprises, in addition to the retail shop with its greenhouses, an apartment building. The shop with three large arcades presents a shop front faced with glazed bricks and mosaics depicting garlands of oak and chestnut leaves. The shop was converted into a restaurant in 1987.
