Immeuble de rapport dit "Les Chardons" construit en 1903 par l'architecte Charles Klein en bordure d'une rue ouverte en 1891. La structure de l'immeuble de style Art nouveau est en béton armé (système Hennebique) et la façade, primée au concours des façades de la Ville de Paris en 1903, est entièrement habillée en céramique jaune d'ocre et vert amande, fournie par l'entreprise d'Emile Müller (à Ivry-Port). Ce décor sur le thème des chardons aurait été inspiré par les planches du peintre Eugène Grasset. Les ferronneries de l'immeuble sont de Dondelinger.

History
Rental building called "Les Chardons" built in 1903 by the architect Charles Klein on the edge of a street opened in 1891. The structure of the Art nouveau building is in reinforced concrete (Hennebique system) and the façade, awarded a prize at the City of Paris façade competition in 1903, is entirely covered in yellow ochre and pale green ceramic, supplied by the company of Emile Müller (at Ivry-Port).
