Apartment building constructed from 1929 to 1930 by architect Marcel Hennequet. The building, realised in reinforced concrete, is characterised by its façade entirely composed of curved bow-windows and by its ocre granito render, punctuated by lines of white earthenware. This render is the work of the firm Gentil et Bourdet of Boulogne-Billancourt; the ironwork is by Raymond Subes.
