Historique
Hôtel particulier construit en 1912 par l'un des "apôtres" du béton armé, l'architecte Paul Guadet. Il le construit pour lui-même, en collaboration avec l'entreprise des frères Perret, la Société des Grands Travaux en Béton Armé. L'édifice a une ossature en béton armé et comporte un jardin suspendu sur le toit-terrasse. Une extension est réalisée en 1922 pour créer un garage, donnant sur la rue Erlanger (rue du Général-Delestraint). L'hôtel a été aménagé en bureaux mais conserve quelques vestiges de son décor intérieur d'origine, notamment cinq cheminées décorées de mosaïques et de céramiques, la rampe en fer forgé de l'escalier et un panneau mural en mosaïque mauresque.

History
Private mansion built in 1912 by one of the "apostles" of reinforced concrete, architect Paul Guadet. He built it for himself, in collaboration with the enterprise of the Perret brothers, the Société des Grands Travaux en Béton Armé. The building has a reinforced concrete frame and includes a suspended garden on the flat roof. An extension was made in 1922 to create a garage, opening onto rue Erlanger (rue du Général-Delestraint). The mansion has been converted into offices but retains some vestiges of its original interior decoration, notably five fireplaces decorated with mosaics and ceramics, the wrought-iron stair rail and a panel of Moorish mosaic.
