Historique
Eglise bâtie rapidement au début du 14e siècle, peu après la fondation de la bastide. Reprise (reconstruction presque intégrale) en 1776 par suite de problèmes de solidité (décor installé à ce moment et complété au 19e siècle). Il s'agit d'un édifice à nef unique, dépourvu de transept, et à chevet plat. Il est entouré au droit de ce chevet et sur ses deux côtés longs, de galeries extérieures couvertes en appentis. Sur la quatrième face s'étend hors-oeuvre un porche à trois travées dont celle du centre correspondant au clocher carré est voûtée d'une croisée d'ogives et abrite un portail sculpté. Cette travée de porche peut être attribuée au 16e siècle. Les archivoltes du portail sont décorés de sculptures. La petite porte latérale sous galerie est sommée de l'année 1715, date sans doute également attribuable aux galeries.

History
Church built rapidly in the early 14th century, shortly after the foundation of the bastide. Rebuilt (almost complete reconstruction) in 1776 due to problems of solidity (decoration installed at that time and completed in the 19th century). It is an edifice with a single nave, devoid of transept, and with a flat chevet. It is surrounded at the level of this chevet and on its two long sides, by external galleries covered with lean-to roofs. On the fourth face extends as a separate structure a porch with three bays, the central one corresponding to the square bell tower being vaulted with a rib vault and housing a sculpted portal. This porch bay can be attributed to the 16th century. The archvolts of the portal are decorated with sculptures. The small lateral door under the gallery is marked with the year 1715, a date without doubt also attributable to the galleries.
