Ethnological interest of this type of construction, implemented over a period extending from the 14th to the 17th century. House combining the technique of stacking timber beams with timber-framing construction. The rectangular building comprises a ground floor and a first storey surrounded, on all four sides, by galleries. The ground floor in stacked timber beams, assembled at the corners with half-lap joints and resting on blocks of flint, was constructed alone, as indicated by the traces of the chimney blocked by the construction of the storey above. The latter is timber framing and daub. The galleries are supported by large posts set on blocks of flint.
