La basilique et le couvent de Moirax ont été élevés à partir du 11e siècle. Le lieu eut à souffrir des guerres de Religion. L'église présente un plan en croix latine. Le choeur et les chapelles forment trois absides circulaires, appuyées par des colonnes qui supportent une corniche de tores coupés. Le clocher devait se dresser, autrefois, sur la tour qui forme le centre des transepts et le choeur, maintenant couvert par un dôme. Châpiteaux sculptés.

History
The basilica and convent of Moirax were erected from the 11th century. The site suffered from the Wars of Religion. The church presents a plan in the form of a Latin cross. The choir and the chapels form three circular chevets, supported by columns which support a cornice of cut tori. The bell tower was once to rise on the tower which forms the centre of the transepts and the choir, now covered by a dome. Sculpted capitals.
