History
The facade alone is in stone as well as the bell tower in the shape of a dome which surmounts it. The vessel comprises a principal nave with aisles. Each nave ends in an apse. The whole is vaulted on a timber framework with render. The lateral and rear facades are in rubble stone masonry faced with plaster. Like most facades of the 18th century, that of this church comprises two superimposed orders with pilasters, the lower one Doric, the upper order Ionic with a pediment on the central avant-corps. The bell tower on an octagonal plan is decorated, at the storey level, with a belfry of detached Corinthian columns forming a buttress on each of its angles. A small lead dome with a lantern and pyramidal crowning finishes it.
