Château reconstruit à partir de 1777 par le marquis Jean-François de Rolland, président du Parlement de Bordeaux. L'ensemble des bâtiments s'organise selon un plan en U encadrant une cour rectangulaire dont l'accès se fait par un portail monumental. Le logis est une chartreuse rectangulaire flanquée de chaque côté de deux gros pavillons carrés. Au centre des façades, un avant-corps en légère saillie est couronné d'un fronton triangulaire. Les dépendances de ce château viticole ferment les deux autres côtés de la cour. D'autres communes, comme l'écurie ou la chapelle, sont situés à l'extérieur de cet ensemble. La grande cour accueillait les activités vinicoles. Ouvrant sur la façade postérieure, le jardin est agrémenté de bassins et fontaines.

History
Château rebuilt from 1777 by the marquis Jean-François de Rolland, president of the Parlement of Bordeaux. The entire complex of buildings is organized according to a U-shaped plan framing a rectangular courtyard, access to which is by a monumental gateway. The main dwelling is a rectangular chartreuse flanked on each side by two large square pavilions.
