Le bâtiment est élevé sur un plan rectangulaire à double façade. Il comporte un rez-de-chaussée sur caves dont l'accès se fait, sur la façade principale, par un escalier à double révolution et palier semi circulaire. Une grosse corniche en demi ronde marque le départ du rez-de-chaussée en ceinturant tout le bâtiment. Le rez-de-chaussée comporte, au centre, une légère avancée encadrée de pilastres à refends. Les clefs des fenêtres sont constituées d'une coquille décorée d'une figure féminine entourée de guirlandes.

History
The building is erected on a rectangular plan with double facade. It comprises a ground floor above cellars whose access is by a double-revolution staircase and semi-circular landing on the main facade. A large half-round cornice marks the start of the ground floor in encircling the entire building. The ground floor comprises, in the centre, a slight projection framed by pilasters with rebates. The keystones of the windows are formed of a shell decorated with a female figure surrounded by garlands.
