Historique
Cabane construite à l'arrière d'une maison récente, et qui aurait été habitée pendant la période 1940-1945. Appuyée sur une petite terrasse, elle est bâtie sur un plan carré. Les murs porteurs sont en moellons équarris. Le départ du toit conique commence à 2m50. La porte, dont le linteau en bois de châtaignier est protégé par une pierre plate posée en saillie, s'ouvre sur la façade sud-est. Les pierre de taille constituant les piédroits débordent légèrement pour assurer la butée de la porte en bois. Cette cabane est réputée être la plus haute du Périgord, mesurant huit mètres du sol au sommet de la voûte. Ces cabanes ont majoritairement été bâties au 19e siècle et ne sauraient être antérieures au 17e.

History
Cabin built at the back of a recent house, and which is said to have been inhabited during the period 1940-1945. Resting on a small terrace, it is built on a square plan. The load-bearing walls are in squared rubble stone. The start of the conical roof begins at 2m50. The door, whose lintel of chestnut wood is protected by a flat stone placed projecting, opens on the south-east façade. The dressed stones forming the jambs project slightly to ensure the abutment of the wooden door. This cabin is reputed to be the highest in Périgord, measuring eight metres from the ground to the top of the vault. These cabins were mostly built in the 19th century and cannot be earlier than the 17th.
