La cabane est située sur un socle rocheux à l'extrémité d'un mur d'épierrement formant limite de parcelle. Construite en pierres sèches dont les calages sont visibles en parement, des moellons équarris ont été utilisés pour les murs porteurs et la base des arètes du toit. L'originalité de cette cabane établie sur une base carrée, réside dans son toit sous forme de carène en assurant le passage du carré à la forme circulaire extérieure. A l'intérieur, la structure de la voûte est très étudiée : quatre parements encorbellés, courbes dans le sens vertical, s'interpénètrent mutuellement. Le départ de l'encorbellement s'effectue à environ 2m50 du sol. Ces cabanes de pierres sèches semblent avoir été majoritairement bâties au 19e siècle, et ne peuvent être antérieures au 17e.

History
The cabin is situated on a rocky base at the extremity of a stone-clearing wall forming a parcel boundary. Built in dry stones whose packings are visible in facing, squared rubble stone has been used for the load-bearing walls and the base of the roof ridges. The originality of this cabin established on a square base resides in its roof in the form of a hull ensuring the transition from the square to the circular external form. Inside, the structure of the vault is very carefully designed: four corbelled facings, curved in the vertical direction, interpenetrate mutually. The start of the corbelling takes place at approximately 2m50 from the ground. These dry stone cabins appear to have been built predominantly in the 19th century, and cannot be earlier than the 17th.
