Situé à l'angle d'enclos s'étendant derrière l'habitation principale, ce petit édifice était plutôt un lieu de retraite pour le maître de maison qu'un pigeonnier à proprement parler. Ce genre de construction n'était pas rare au 19e siècle ; le comble était parfois aménagé, comme c'est ici le cas, pour recevoir quelques pigeons. De plan rectangulaire, l'édifice comporte une pièce au rez-de-chaussée et une à l'étage pour les pigeons. Une corniche formée d'un listel et d'un cavet, ceinture la construction vers le sommet et forme promenoir pour les pigeons. A l'est, la corniche est coupée par une porte donnant accès à l'intérieur au local des pigeons dont l'accès se faisait par une échelle. Une seconde corniche supporte une toiture en lauzes dont les pignons sont sommés de pyramidions. Sur la face sud, une lucarne est épaulée de courbes et de contre courbes et comporte un fronton circulaire orné d'un soleil.

History
Located at the corner of an enclosure extending behind the main dwelling, this small building was rather a place of retreat for the master of the house than a pigeon-loft properly speaking. This type of construction was not rare in the 19th century; the roof space was sometimes fitted out, as is the case here, to house a few pigeons. Of rectangular plan, the building comprises one room on the ground floor and one on the upper storey for the pigeons. A cornice formed of a list and a cavetto encircles the construction towards the top and forms a promenade for the pigeons. To the east, the cornice is cut by a door giving access to the interior to the pigeon room whose access was by a ladder. A second cornice supports a roof of stone slabs whose gables are crowned by small pyramids. On the south face, a dormer is braced by curves and counter-curves and has a circular pediment decorated with a sun.
