The Camptown Historic District is a historic district of 35 contributing buildings in LaMott, Montgomery County, roughly bounded by Penrose Ave., Graham Ln., Dennis St. and Cheltenham Ave. Its buildings are vernacular and Victorian in character, and they include Carpenter Gothic, Gothic Revival and Italianate examples. Building dates begin in 1854 and 1869, with a phase of building from 1869 to 1879 that takes in work of 1878 and 1879, and later buildings of 1911 and 1915.

Other detail includes ornately scalloped bargeboard and fan motifs, while roof forms run to gambrel and low pitched shapes and a cupola.
