The Connell, Arthur and Kathleen, House is a house at 1170 Signal Hill Rd. in Pebble Beach, Monterey County, built in 1957-1958 in the International Style. It was designed by architect Richard J. Neutra and built by Harold C. Geyer.

It was listed under criterion C, with local-level significance in architecture; its period of significance is 1958, when the house was completed.

The house has a flat slab roof with wide eave overhangs and outrigger beams, a cantilevered balcony with a metal railing, and clerestory windows. Walls are stucco-clad wood frame with tongue-and-groove siding and Masonite panels on a reinforced-concrete foundation, under a tar-and-gravel roof, with metal windows. Outdoor features include a glazed-tile terrace, an exposed-aggregate concrete floor, a brick fireplace and grill, wooden louvers, and a grape-stake fence. A studio addition, designed in 1992 and built in 1993, enclosed a small service yard and replaced louvered windows; the kitchen had been remodeled in 1978.

Neutra began designing the house in 1957, and the Connells took possession in 1958. In 1973 the Connells sold the property to William and Audrey Mennan, and Clifford and Patricia Mettler acquired it in 1975. At the time of its listing the house was vacant.
