The Millage Farm Rural Historic District is a 160-acre farm district on County Road 18 between County Road 37 and US 385 in Holyoke, Phillips County.

It was listed in the National Register in 2013 under criteria A and C, with local significance in agriculture and architecture. Its significance runs from 1906 to 1963, reflecting the 1906 purchase of the property by Jacob Henry Millage.

The hog barn, built in the 1920s for purebred Duroc-Jersey hogs, was converted to grain storage in the 1950s, and a Quonset hut was built in 1958 for the same purpose. A hipped box house was moved onto the farm in the 1940s, and Lakeside School, a one-room school, was moved there about 1949 and converted to tenant housing.

Julius Poltera bought the land from the federal government in 1891, lost it for back taxes in 1894 and regained it in 1896, and he sold it in 1902. The farm received electricity in 1949, and Gerald Millage married and moved onto the farm in 1950. Lakeside School District was established in 1888 and consolidated with the McKelvey school district in 1950. In 1960 the Millages stopped raising chickens and the tank and windmill were removed, and livestock operations ended in the 1960s.
