The front entry was changed in 1902 to double doors with stained glass, and the kitchen was renovated in 1997.

In 1926 Azile Parr Patrick transferred title to the Home Owners Loan Corporation, which sold it to Otto F. Armfield in 1939. The present owner bought the property in 1997, and Dr. John M. Bryan studied it in 2002, crediting the design to Mills.
