The Jefferson Hotel is a six-story hotel building at 101 S. Central Ave. in Phoenix, Maricopa County, built in 1913 to 1915 in the Late 19th and 20th Century Revivals/Neoclassic Revival style. Frederick C. Hurst was its architect, and construction was supervised by Manuel Orta.

In 1979 the building was gutted to its concrete framing and all windows and storefronts were removed for conversion to office use, and a rehabilitation was completed in 1982.
