Seligman III used it as a home and office while he and Moise Seligman Jr. renovated the interior. Polk, Stanley, & Saunders Ltd. bought the building in 1980 and renovated it, later renamed Polk, Stanley, Wilcox Architects, and sold it in 2013 to a psychiatrist's office.
