The Frederick and Catherine Leaser Farm is a stone farmhouse and farmstead in Lynn Township, Lehigh County, built about 1849. It is in the Pennsylvania German vernacular tradition with Georgian influences.

It was listed in the National Register in 2004 under criterion C, with local significance in agriculture and architecture; its period of significance runs from about 1750, when Johann Jacob Leaser received a survey warrant, to 1953. Johann Jacob is also named as the farm's builder.

The farmhouse has stone walls on a stone foundation under a slate roof, with a continuous wooden front porch and six-over-six double-hung windows. An older banked log cabin has mortise-and-tenon framing with wattle-and-daub infill, and the bank barn has a cantilevered closed forebay. The complex includes a summer kitchen, wagon shed and an outhouse rebuilt about 1900, with a family burial plot and pond.

Frederick Leaser sold the farm in 1810 to Daniel and Maria Dorothea Follweiler, and the Sensinger family later sold it to Mabel and Ellis Roth in 1970 and again to its present owner in 1998. It was a farmstead from about 1750 to 1998, most recently leased to tenants, and part of the land became a vineyard in 1999.
