Quaker Meeting House

The first Quaker meeting house here was built in 1757; it was remodeled in 1765. Sarah Lynch, mother of Charles and John Lynch, founder of Lynchburg, gave the land for the church. This church is now the Quaker Memorial Presbyterian Church.
