Brewington Presbyterian Church
Established c.1811 on the Black River, near Brewington Lake, by five members on land donated by James Evans family. It is believed to be the oldest church still standing on it’s [sic] original site in Clarendon County. It was closed in 1951. Since then it has been maintained by the Brewington Cemetery Association.
