Chief Justice of “Three Lower Counties on Delaware,” 1745 to 1763; Member of Assembly of “Three Lower Counties on Delaware,” 1734-1737, 1742-1744, 1746-1755, And Speaker of Assembly 1742-1744, and 1746-1752. Ryves Holt was probably born in 1696 and died in 1763.
